DBD::Pg and magic scalars

For those of you on the list who use DBD::Pg and have recieved the
"can't bind a reference" error, it sounds like the DBD developers have
come up with a solution. You may want to keep your eyes open for a new
release or grab the latest from CVS[1]. From what I can tell, it's all
of a one-character fix!
