Neither (the script in the mail is copy/pasted from the source code).
The example in the documentation for Class::DBI::Pg is
        __PACKAGE__->set_up_table('cd');

and just to be sure I have checked the source code for Class::DBI::Pg 
which says:
sub set_up_table {
