Too few tests planned for 07-Move.t

23 tests are planned but 33 run; this causes a non-zero return for the test.
Because CPAN calculates a percentage of successful tests the module installs
anyway, but I don't think this should be the case. This appears to be the
case through 0.96; anybody got any ideas?
