[CDBI] Merge CDBI::Loader and CDBI::ViewLoader?

Sebastian & Matt,

Has anyone considered merging 
  Class::DBI::Loader (doesn't load Postgres VIEWs) 
with 
  Class::DBI::ViewLoader (mainly for Postgres VIEWs) ?

Class::DBI::ViewLoader essentially creates read-only Class::DBI objects
with an artificial primary key made up of all columns.
