[CDBI] Cascading delete strategies

If leaving orphaned records 'generally isn't a good idea' (I agree), why
not change 'None' to 'Nullify' as one of the main three options, instead
of having to write a plugin for it?

Doing it right is more difficult than doing it wrong?
