Apache::Test problems

hello all,

I'm trying to get Apache::Test to work for a module I'm writing, but I'm 
having difficulties.

All setup information is at the end...

I'm using Module::Build (0.26) and Apache::Test (1.14).

I've setup my Build.PL as indicated with the documentation with 
Apache::TestMB.

I run
   perl Build.PL -httpd /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd
   ./Build
   ./Build test

and then the server never starts up and I get

Syntax error on line 24 of 
/home/mpeters/development/modules/CGI-Application-Plugin-Apache/t/conf/httpd.conf:
Invalid command 'LoadModule', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module 
not included in the server configuration
[  error]
server has died with status 255 (t/logs/error_log wasn't created, start 
the server in the debug mode)


It seems like it's thinks it's using a dynamic build and of course 
LoadModule won't work. Am I doing something wrong ?
