that's certainly a stale config. Just remove the line:

LoadModule dir_module         libexec/apache/mod_dir.so

check that httpd has it built-in via:

httpd -l

if not rebuild modperl adding APACI_ARGS options telling Apache to compile 
mod_dir in.
