Thanks Yining, now fixed, with help of #axkit-dahut channel folks. If you 
have the MozCC plugin installed it now shows nice creative commons icons 
in the status bar.

in the other news, Eric reports that the pdf of the book was downloaded 
800 times over the last 3 days. We should probably setup a bittorent to 
save the bandwidth, kindly provided by logilune.com.
