It's explained here:

I suppose we could add an xref to this section from all config directives 
to make it more clear.

So if you look at PerlModule it says:

  PerlModule                   ITERATE    SRV

Read through the section to get the explanation of what it means.

(a note to ourselves: I see that newly added directives aren't in the list)
