I went there (Firefox/Linux) and the page displayes ok for me too.

Looking in Page Information dialog (Ctrl-I) I see that the HTTP header
for content type is:

Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-2

Could this be the source of the problem? Something like IE giving higher
priority to HTTP header than of META content tag? Can you try fixing the
HTTP header? This should be easy, since the page is generated...

Looking in View->Encoding, it seems that Firefox understands the page as
iso-2 encoded. Forcing this to iso-16 displays the same result
(correct). So the HTTP header may be of higher priority for Firefox too,
only that it somehow figures out the romanian characters and displays
them correctly.
