Mike, Apache::Status is a part of mp1-core. So install it and you will
have the module.
As for other modules now fetch those manually from seach.cpan.org, unpack
and install. In a few days Geoff will release a new mp2 version, now with
Apache2:: prefix, then the previously overlapping mp1 should be reindexed
(need to ask Andreas) and everything will work as before.
