FreeBSD hands down. Stability, security, and speed. The new Linux kernel is supposed to be faster by some tricks or some such, but I have not had good luck with stability and Linux especially under heavy load.  I prefer the FreeBSD philosophy as well.  Linux is, by its very nature, chaos incarnate.
