Eduard, please read again the bug reporting guidelines. You need to submit 
a core file stacktrace, not the output of strace. As you can see just 
above it said:

   for stacktrace, run: gdb /usr/sbin/httpd -core /tmp/mod_perl-2.0.0-RC5/core
