Hi Folks

(Under Windows) I've never used this form. I used to try a simple
=09warn "Text";
combined with Apache::Reload but only rarely, _very_ rarely, did the text=
 appear 
in the log, so I gave up and always write to a new file with=
 open/write/close.
This is a long-standing problem. My apologies for not reporting it sooner.
