libapreq2-2.05-dev-rc2 release candidate #2

Please test and offer feedback on the second 
release candidate for libapreq2-2.05-dev.
The changes since 2.04-dev are too numerous 
to list in this email, so please read the 
CHANGES file in the tarball at

Changes since rc1:

- Win32 build [Randy Kobes]
  Have top-level 'nmake', 'nmake test', and 'nmake install'
  targets, respectively, also include building, testing, and
  installing the corresponding perl glue targets.

- C API
  Minimum httpd version is now 2.0.48, which includes the official
  apr 0.9.4 release.

- C API [Max Kellermann]
  Fix apreq_quote.
