There should be an interior light which is still available in UK. The interior
lining is vinyl, standard to many vehicles and still available, but it is worth
finding a good source of the correct pattern and quality. Your problem might be
to find suitable strips to hold it in place, but again careful search and
painting should solve that. I have some bits of old vinyl which I could send
you for a sample, as ordering it from the UK might cost too much.
