SER1 Re: Left - Right

This may be unrelated, but large dump trucks in some American opencast 
pits use left traffic, eg as on UK roads. The reason is to place the 
driver cabs on opposite sides of converging vehicles, reducing the risk 
to the driver in the event of collision.
