Hi Tom,

I have the S1 WSM printed in 1969, in it they give directions for using the 
rivnuts - no mention of welding the tubes in place.

Anyone out there with a 1950s WSM?

Hi Jeremy and All,
I have seen as you stated, and often wondered if anyone had a copy of the
directions to put these tubes in.  Having the winch and no holes in the 
chassis
means I have to put them in.
Anyone?
