Re: SER1 Replacement petrol tank

Thanks for the info on where to get a new fuel tank.  I have now put my name down for one of the next batch from the series 1 club, which will be made in the new year.

So, does any one have a spare fuel cap that they don't need, and would be willing to pass on to me?  My current fuel tank is a replacement and doesn't have the standard cap, so aswell as a new tank I also need a new fuel cap.

I didn't get a chance to go along to either Old Sodbury or Dunsfold this weekend to look for one, as I was draining oil out of one of the rear brake drums - I've left the landrover parked at a sideways angle, and some of the axle oil seems to have made it past the oil seal!

You just get one thing sorted and another comes along!
