not by me! it looks like that tag was added by a relaying mail server 
at kirklees.gov.uk, but i'm not sure. did it not have that header when 
it came back to you?

there is a fairly energetic spam filter acting on this mail before it 
is displayed, but it gave your message a very respectable -4.9 :)
