There certainly must be different covers - you don't mention the 'Free
Dipstick Wiper' flash... are you perhaps not in the UK?  Your email address
seems to indicate that you are, but perhaps they have another version of the
catalogue for overseas use (where postage of the 'free gift' would be
prohibitive)?
