HI Allan,
Thanks for the note. Sometimes we only see/think early motor vehicles were
only built in USA and Europe. Don't have the whole picture.
It didn't give a photo, but the article reminds me the traction problem was
being addressed long ago, and this might have been quite hi-tech for it's day.
