Allan:

Thanks so much for the response.  This gives me hope.  I;ve done quite a bit 
of research in the past few weeks concerning rivets and their application.  
My biggest concern was going to be finding the proper rivets for the job.  I 
was certain that a restoration without removing the capping would be a 
partially restored.  Any thoughts regarding the removal of the steel bracing 
beneath the bonnet?
