I wouldn't like to say for sure - it's possible, since the press
tooling was obviously a bit fragile. The trouble is that people have
made some fairly good home made versions over the years which can be
hard to distinguish.

We are now implementing a new ticketing system to improve response time
and
reduce the chances of a request being missed. This does mean a change of
email address, but will help us to help you more efficiently. In future
we
ask that new job requests be sent to nsmsjobs@xxxx.xx.xx.xx and general
queries/discussions to nsms@xxxx.xx.xx.xx.
Thanks for your cooperation - the NSMS Team.
