Hi Allan
No I am talking about the Operation Manual, what they call Owners Manual in
more recent vehicles. They are the ones that fit in that little bracket
under the tool box lid. I have one for my 1951 and now am looking for one
for the R06106776 VIN I am planning to rebuild. However I think an October
1950 represents modifications after the xxxx6776 VIN so of little use for
this project.
The only changes data I have at present is that produced by (I think) Mike
Bishop or maybe Lloyd Alison. That records the 06103885 as the yellow
button models, (then comes my VIN-R06106776) then the seat changes at
06110305 and the lights change at 06111547. I took a photo of the VIN at
Dalton because I didn't have a pen on me, unfortunately the photo is
unreadable. I think it is VIN 06114xxx or similar.
Did you get my off list emails?
Regards
Diana

G'Day Diana,
Do you mean an owners manual or a workshop manual? Workshop manuals
seem to have been reprinted quite frequently. The earlier print workshop
manual is very scarce but they turn up from time to time. Note that the
yellow knob operated freewheel lock turned up well before wide front
springs. My manual (can't tell you its publication number does not
mention wide springs.
Cheers
