How the heck would I get something like that to Germany? give ma a hint and
I may consider entering the battle. (Not at ebay.... at home! How to justify
another "pile of scrap"....)

The Aussie 1951 on eBay at the moment apparently is very close to it's
reserve. It has bulkhead lamps and a 2 litre motor, don't know whether it
is Siamese or spread bore.
It's running so would save all those hassles getting to that point and so
may be of value for someone who wants an 80" but not go back and do a nut
and bolt restoration. At just over 1,000.00 GB Pounds it might be worth a
look?
By the way it's not being sold by Mr Quick.

Thousands spent on it's restoration. it has original crank handle and is
powder blue colour. Its being sold by someone called B.Quick.
Mr Quick will post the vehicle within Australia
Or you can pick it up from Maryvale which is just near Wellington on the
western slopes in NSW (North West of Bathurst and South East of Dubbo).
