Hi Guy's

Yes a question I don't know the answer to.

After attempting to answer Tony's question I checked a couple of pumps I =
have in the garage and don't know if they are the correct ones for an =
80".

One has the same appearance as the standard pump AUA 58, fitted to S1 =
Land Rovers and even has the AUA 4080 part number in the bottom casting. =
The alloy label says RECON, which I assume is reconditioned, it has =
single points.
=20
The other has the same casting but the cap has a half raised section =
which holds a cream coloured capacitor (or something) and double points. =
 The Alloy plate reads AUB182.

What is the difference?

Are the AUA and AUB pumps interchangeable?

Cheers
Diana =20

According to the 1954 - 57 Parts Catalogue (Rover Part Number 4107) the =
SU Pump was: SU AUA 58, L type (Rover Part Number 268374)

Is that all you wanted?

Cheers
