    G'Day Simon,
    They are what they say, high zinc content paint. They work very well 
for their intended purpose. The look is a flat grey colour, do not 
expect touched up cappings to look like new gal afterwards. As far as 
application after sand blasting, there should be no problem with using 
the paint, with the proviso that it must be compatible with what you 
intend to apply over it.
