Alex
Two types used, the early ones had a 3 bolt fixing on the bell housing.
Later have 2 bolt fixing . If its 2 bolt the series 2/ 2A and 3 will
fit .

Cheers Tony

Hello All

I am just asking if anyone can tell me if there is a marking on the
Lucus
starter motor used in land rover series 1. I am going up north to Visit
a
friend and he has some landies and said i could take some parts if i
needed
them. But i think they are all series 2 and 3s.

thanks
Alex
