Thanks Guys,

Looks like it is the hooked ones.

I do know what you mean about the Parts catalogue Diana,

Did own one, it was loaned out, but not returned.

Shall have to purchase another.

Cheers
Bob

  Bob

If you look on page 156 and166 of the "Land Rover Parts Catalogue =
1948-53" (Part No. 4051) you will see that the chains (Part No. 300837) =
have a hook at both ends. (Part No. 300838)

I find that owning an official Parts Catalogue and invaluable tool to =
find the correct fittings. It also stops the confusion brought about by =
many and often varied opinions of list members who don't have the book =
and doesn't waste the time of other list members who have bought the =
book. You can acquire a copy of the book from the LRSOC =
http://www.lrsoc.demon.co.uk/html/clubshop1.htm (80" PARTS BOOK =
Reproduction of TP/111G =A324.00)

  Regards
  Diana

  Hi,

like cup connectors.

Please would any of you guys provide me with the correct info and a =
pic would be great.

  Cheers
