I suspect that this guy is having the mud-flaps made somewhere: the reason I haven't bought so far is that I don't need them just yet.....  Still, glad to hear I won't have to pay £50+ for a set :o)

Why don't you get genuine parts mud flaps? The only difference is that the logo is raised, but they are less than £20 from the likes of Paddocks, and the copies are even cheaper.

I have some of the mud flaps which have the recessed logo, coloured yellow, which I bought new at a show a few years ago for £10! - although these are not genuine.

It sounds  like the ebay madness is taking over again - all too often I see folks bidding on items, which, if they got off their chairs and left their PC's, they would find for much less at their Main Dealers. I think I may have seen these mud flaps advertised that you mention - is delivery around £13.95?

I have seen people pay £100 to £130 for these in the UK!  Like yourself I would be reluctant to pay this much though.  Hopefully I won't break the horn and dip switch in my 80" (touch wood! ;o)  )
I am watching out for a set(or two) of rear mud flaps with the Land Rover logo embossed on them: I have been watching e-bay for these and one seller has auctioned off perhaps 10 pairs that I know of; people are paying £50 and more for them.  There is currently a set on e-bay from this seller with four or fives days of the auction to run and they are sitting at £62.00.  I missed a set that sold for £28.00 recently but I still think that a touch too expensive.  (Hopefully someone is going to tell me that they know someone selling sets cheaply......)
