Hi,

Oils meeting API spec GL-5 *and* sub-spec MT-1 are equivalent to the 
generally obsolete (but still available in bulk) GL-4; we recommend a 
Valvoline 85-90 for our 'muscle car' designs and I use it in my Minerva -- 
watch out for 'store brand' GL-5's (which won't cover the MT-1 spec), and 
synthetics (which may defeat the synchronizer on 3/4).
