Use Duckhams 20/50 which is the old green coloured stuff and is fairly easy
to obtain. Change the oil and filter every 3000 miles. Alternatively use
something like Morris's Lubricants from Shrewsbury which is harder to find
but they will now deal direct if you have a credit card and you get the
delivery next day. They are also good for gear oils.
