Didn't I read in the third paragraph (
http://www.ene.gov.on.ca/envision/news/2005/111801.htm ) that light-duty
vehicles older than 20 years are exempt from testing?  Most Series 1's I
know are a bit older than 20 years!

Actually, it says older than 12yrs, and made in 1988
or newer......   :))
