Hi Bill,

your suspicions are good - these don't look like the real McCoy. There's no 
hole for the stay bar just ahead of the footwell and the lower lip in the 
same area looks like its designed to take the valance/modesty skirt as used 
on the 2/2a/3 cars.

Perhaps it is for 2/2a/3 rovers. Ask the seller for more pics.
