Tom, If you follow the links on the bottom you will read; • Annual testing for vehicles 12 years old and older (i.e., starting in 2007, 1995 and older vehicles (back to 1988) would require annual testing). I hope I am reading our Land-rovers are exempt........not so for my Discovery though!!
