SER1 Jets for Solex Carb

Hey Team. My 107SW is running a little rich and it is time for a tune up,
so I thought I'd try to re-jet and get some better performance and solve the
over rich problem. I'm running the original Solex on a late 2L. What would
be the best jet size to step down to resolve the issue? I'm not well versed
on the jetting of carbs. A little help would be great.
Would I change out the main jet (# 260173) or would I change another jet
like the "Jet Economy" # 26140 or 261974 or one of the other jets (pilot
jet, correction jet, starter jet, luxury jet, jet liner, George Jetson)?
What are those jets for anyway? Shows you what I know about carbs!
Oh, and to answer the obvious questions, the mixture control is maxed out
and the plugs are running a little sooty. The points are OK, timing is set
properly, airflow seems to be unrestricted and the oil bath is clean.
Theoretically, I should be good to go. Just need to reduce the volume a
bit.
Thanks in advance for your help.
