SER1 rocker cover "special nuts"

Hi Peoples
A question!
I am sorting out several collections of engine components to make up 2 =
engines and have come across several unusual "nuts" that appear similar =
to those that hold on either the top or side rocker covers. The =
interesting thing about these 2 "nuts" (I am missing 1 of 3) is that =
there is where the usual hex is located there is a round with a =
screwdriver slot at the top.
Does anyone have any idea what model Land Rover these come from or if =
they are a series 1 part at all?
