SER1 website

Hi all

I'm having some trouble accessing some of the pages (eg 'documents') on the
series 1 garage website. I've signed in using the 'sign in' button at the
top of the page but it keeps telling me I have to 'be a member to access
this page'. Aren't I already a member? Can someone tell me where I am going
wrong?
