for the mod_perl 2.0 inclined, I'll try to add this to the mp2 port

andy, it might be worth looking at the tests from the port and seeing
whether it makes sense to integrate Apache-Test into the official
Apache::Template.  I know it would help me feel confident that the port is
operating at 100% if there were more tests to throw at it.
