[Templates] Template Toolkit on OpenBSD 3.5

Hi,

I have just transferred a project from an OpenBSD 3.4 system to an 
OpenBSD 3.5 system. Kept everything the same, including layout etc and 
install ttoolkit via CPAN on the new system. Whenever I run the ttree 
command on my project I not get:-

Usage: POSIX::getpwnam(name) at 
/usr/local/libdata/perl5/site_perl/AppConfig/File.pm line 397

I would appreciate any help to resolve this.
