[Templates] Doing HTML redirects from an Apache::Template page

This might not be news to some folks, I guess, but I'm feeling smug:

Need
	TT2Params request

and then

[% SET request.headers_out.Location = "http://foo.com/yougoofed.tt2";;
    CALL request.env.status("301") %]

I am working on Apache2 with a patched (courtesy of Geoffrey Young) 
Apache::Template with a couple of further patches by me (just sent 
those to him), but the concept seems sound!
