Image::Info is used preferentially, blindly.  The plugin simply hands 
Image::Info the file and it can't do .swf files. Your options are:
1. uninstall Image::Info and live without it (if you can).
2. rewrite the Image plugin to attempt Image::Size if Image::Info fails
3. patch Image::Info to do .swf and send it to Gisle for inclusion.

The first is the easiest, the second is cool but wonky, the third is the 
"Right Thing"(tm) IMHO.

The swf sizing code in Image::Size has no checks for file type, BTW, it 
just blindly reads bits and bytes. It might take a bit of research to 
get it up to snuff for Image::Info.
