[Templates] TTree: The Sequel

Okay, I'm going to see about re-writing ttree.
Actually, it is more of a replacement, as I think I'll call
it tsite or tmake, so people that rely on ttree won't have problems. 

Talk is cheap, I'll try writing the code first, explain it all later.

Anyone else that is doing something similar (say, Template::Profile::* stuff? Or
who was it that had some Template::Config thing?), post to this thread maybe. :)
