...If you *really* want to do it in the template, you could so something
like 

  $SUI{keys} = keys %SUI;

...before you call the template, then, in the template, do a [% FOREACH key
= keys %] kind of thing, neh?

...This could also (potentially) be added to a wrapper around the
process() function, so that all your templates would have such a thing
added autoremarkably.
