[Templates] Minor doco bug

Guys,

Just ran across this in 
http://www.template-toolkit.org/docs/aqua/Manual/Config.html: the 
heading for the CONSTANTS_NAMESPACE config param says 
CONSTANT_NAMESPACE.  Although it is spelled correctly in the 
description, I didn't read closely enough to catch it my first time through.

Also, the example in that section (and the one above it, FTM) are 
missing a close parend.

If there's a better place to report such things than here, just let me know.
