[Templates] Mostly OT: Web-based editing

I have a bunch of sites running with TT2 and I'd like to allow the clients to 
edit the template FILES via a web interface.

I'd love to get something which does some "version control" ("undo" changes) and 
some access control.  Does anyone have any suggestions for such an animal?
