[Templates] HELP: Random amount of records being processed

Everything was working fine...

Yesterday I upgraded ImageMagick, shouldn't have anything to do with Template 
Toolkit...

Ok as I typed that it dawned on me that *maybe* it does, as the scripts that are 
acting up all use a module which used Image::Magick so just to test BEFORE I 
whine to everyone here, I comment out the module, rerun everything and VIOLA!!

It works.  But it's still odd.

Sometimes TT process 258 records from an array, sometimes 173, just totally random.

So while it's NOT a TT issue, has anyone here working with TT ever seen anything 
similar?

Who needs graphics anyway!!
