We wrote a whole chapter in the Badger book just for you: Chapter 8,
"Extending the Template Toolkit", specifically section 8.5, "Changing
the Language". It uses a simple replacement grammer, since the point of
the book is TT and not YAPP, but you if you're even asking this question
it should be more than enough to get you started.
