[Templates] TT article in TPJ

The December issue of TPJ (http://tpj.com/ - subscription required)
contains a good article by brian d foy on building new module
distributions. The solution he discusses uses TT and is based on
Mark Fowler's mmm (my module maker) script.

It's a good example of using TT in a non-web context.
